1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OM Antivirus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OM Antivirus is a mobile security application for Android devices that provides:

• Malware Scanning: Quick scan and full device scan using a threat signature database of 50,000+ known threats
• WiFi Security Scanner: Analyzes your WiFi network for vulnerabilities
• QR Code Scanner: Safe QR code scanning with URL safety checking
• Document Scanner: On-device document scanning and processing
• Device Health Monitor: RAM, storage, and battery health analysis
• Junk Cleaner: Cache and temporary file cleanup
• Data Breach Check: Check if your email has been exposed in known data breaches
• Real-time Protection: Background monitoring for security threats

3. User Accounts & Licensing

3.1 Free Tier

• 1 scan per day
• Basic protection features
• Ad-supported experience

3.2 OM Shield Premium

Premium subscriptions are available in the following plans:

• Monthly: ₹79/month ($0.99/month)
• Yearly: ₹599/year ($6.99/year) — Best Value
• Lifetime: ₹1,499 ($17.99) — One-time payment

Premium features include: unlimited scans, real-time protection, app lock, WiFi security, no ads, call blocker, anti-theft, breach monitor, and family device support (yearly plan).

3.3 License Keys

License keys are tied to your email address and device. Each license is valid for one device unless the family plan allows additional devices. License keys are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• Distribute, sublicense, or sell the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass licensing or premium feature restrictions
• Share license keys with unauthorized users
• Use the App to interfere with other software or systems

5. Intellectual Property

OM Antivirus, its logo, UI design, threat database, and all associated content are the intellectual property of OmegaAPI Technologies. All rights reserved. The OM shield logo and "OM Antivirus" name are trademarks of OmegaAPI Technologies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

You acknowledge that:

• No security software provides absolute protection
• New threats emerge constantly and may not be in our database immediately
• WiFi security analysis provides recommendations, not guarantees
• Device health metrics are estimates and may vary by device model

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmegaAPI Technologies and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data due to malware that was not detected
• Device damage or performance issues
• Financial loss from security breaches
• Interruption of service or unavailability

8. Refund Policy

• Subscriptions: Managed through Google Play Store. Refunds follow Google's refund policy.
• Lifetime licenses: 30-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase.
• Direct purchases: Contact us within 7 days for refund requests.

9. Updates & Changes

We may update the App periodically to add features, fix bugs, and update the threat database. By using the App, you consent to automatic updates. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
